Prices are no better than if I had bought at amazon or target. Shipping was extremely careless. Items are not as described on the site. Products that should have been in new condition are all damaged. They try to switch and bait people (offer new book-send an old book) hoping they won't pay out of pocket to sent back. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable store with good shipping and return policies or you'll just be wasting time and money shipping these guys their damaged products back.
Ordered 5 Sudoku books and one was not useable. Of the 300 puzzles, only FOUR were not completed. As for the other books, they looked as if a child used them as scribbled books. Not worth it. I bought from Book Outlet in the past, and they sell NEW at same price as thrift books. You just have to be patient because you may have to wait till your book is in stock.

thriftbooks is where i always check first for books. wonderful place!
Very satisfied with my books. Keep up the great service????
I love the library of books. Keeping the littles reading has been easier with you. Great choices, prices and quality.
Books are usually pretty quick to arrive and always in very good condition. But have been waiting awhile for two of the three I ordered.
Not worried am sure will show up soon, and have no shortage of material at hand. Love this site!
I ordered a book by Dr. Apel about his experiences in Korea. "MASH"
It has yet to arrive.
What happened.
Absolutely love Thriftbooks. The ONLY thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 start is shipping methods. Every time I order multiple books they get shipped out separately, which usually results in me getting book#3 of a series I just ordered days before book#1 arrives. So it just sits there... taunting me... unable to be read.
I would use them again. The shipping was slower than expected though.
My bank reported a transaction was tried with a cancelled debit card by Thriftbooks. The new card info was already updated and processed in your system. But as always; I am pleased with the books I received.
I use your services on a regular basis and I am so thankful to have found you. Your deals on nearly new/all other books is unbelievably good and you always have the titles I'm looking for. Thank you so much for a perfect company! ????
I ordered the book Rob Roy MacGregor and received a half-used Barbie sticker pamphlet. When I sent notice to the company, they said I had to ship (at my time and expense) the incorrect item back to them, and then they would decide whether or not my request was valid. When I objected to that handling of the incident, another person at Thriftbooks offered me a $4.00 credit. This made no sense to me, and still does not. All I want is the copy of Rob Roy MacGregor that I ordered and paid for. I don't want any credit. I want the book I ordered. There was no reason to have to ship back a stupid used Barbie sticker pamphlet. I threw that away. Why on earth would I be cheating to request that the item I paid for be sent?
Easy to order and the book arrived as promised!
Impossible to order. Won’t reset your password. Chat doesn’t work. I really dislike it.

Don't bother! It's not worth the cost. A real rip off in postage costs.
